For more than a decade, All-on-4® has been used to help patients achieve a permanent replacement of their lost teeth by utilizing the stability of dental implant technology. The All-on-4 treatment process begins with cone beam 3D imaging that captures high-quality digital photos of the teeth, jaw bone, nerves, and sinus cavities.
During the All-on-4 procedure, four dental implants are placed in the arch where you have missing teeth. The implants will be strategically located where the bone volume is at its greatest. After the dental implants are in place, a temporary appliance is attached and worn until the dental implants have fully healed and fused to the jaw bone.
After your mouth has had time to heal – usually three to six months – you will return to our office and a permanent set of teeth will be anchored to the dental implants. After that point, you can treat your replacement as you would any of your natural teeth. Best of all, these teeth are not susceptible to decay or staining and can last a lifetime with the proper care!
